Wickham Estate

Wickham Estate started its journey as a working vineyard with its impressive 40 acres of land producing red, white, rosé and sparkling wines. In 2014 it was bought by Three Choirs, one of the oldest and largest vineyards in Gloucestershire and slowly developed the grounds to become an exclusive wedding and private functions venue.

Whether it’s a birthday party, engagement party or corporate function we have a fantastic location! Wickham Estate is available to hire as a party venue to celebrate those special occasions with friends and family.

With a rustic barn, 40 acres of land, 14 acres of vines and a quaint courtyard, Wickham Estate is full of a charming atmosphere and stunning views to enjoy with your friends, family or colleagues.

The Vine Room is our stunning inside ceremony room. Filled with natural light, the large floor to ceiling windows give you a front row view of the vines while sitting comfortably inside. The neutral colour palette of the room allows it to fit with any colour scheme you choose.

The Gazebo is the perfect outdoor ceremony place to say ‘I DO’. With its rustic setting amongst the vines and beautiful wooden benches for your guests, a truly unique setting to take your vows.

The beautiful Old Winery

The beautiful Old Winery, which used to house the barrels and wine making equipment has been transformed into an elegant function room. Complete with an inside bar, dance floor, it’s own kitchen and toilets, this makes this room an ideal party venue for your private event.  Along with the Old Winery comes exclusive use of The Courtyard, a great place to take in the beautiful flood-lit vineyard.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
