Waddesdon Estate was created for Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild in the 19th century to house his collection of paintings, furniture and art. The expanded 6,000-acre site features an 18th-century French-style chateau, wine cellar and a unique selection of stunning event & meeting spaces.

The Five Arrows is a Grade II listed boutique hotel at the gates of Waddesdon Manor adorned with turrets, decorated chimneys and wrought ironwork. Offering 16 newly renovated bedrooms with décor chosen to emphasise the feeling of comfort and inspired by nature. The Hotel also boasts a modern 2 AA Rosette bar and restaurant.

Our newly refurbished charming Dairy Cottage, sleeping 4, sits beautifully by the venue and is only a stone’s throw from The Five Arrows.

Adjoining the Waddesdon Estate sits Hartwell House and Spa, a 17th-century property set within 90 acres of gardens and parkland. The house holds 48 rooms and suites all individually designed in a traditional country house style and superbly furnished with antiques and fine paintings.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
