Studios 1&2

Studios 1&2 come equipped with integrated Bose audio systems, LCD TV’s, crisp HD video projection, Blu-Ray playback and lighting control systems. Hired individually or combined for larger events, each studio is set up like an informal boardroom, with a sofa, small tables but you can of course personalise the set up. A foyer and balcony are included in the hire.

The Screening Room

The Screening Room features velvets, leathers, tweeds and furs in various shades of scarlet, set off by LED lighting set within the walls. Fully digital, it is also installed with the latest technology in film projection and features an exclusive VIP entrance.

The W Lounge

The W Lounge is all about flexibility, multi-functionality and light with its floor-to-ceiling windows and its moving lights at night. Semi-secluded from the rest of the bar, it can be reconfigured, connected to the screening room or fully separated.

Revolve

Revolve offers views over Leicester Square. This VIP area literally revolves around glamour. The stepped seating can face outwards providing front-row seats for red carpet movie premieres, or inwards. When the focus is drawn to what’s happening within the lounge it offers the ideal stage for live performances and bands.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
