The Foyle Rooms

This dedicated and flexible multi-purpose space is located on the ground floor of the building.  Floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular views of the sea and doors lead to an outside balcony.  The white walled space is elegant, inspiring and adaptable for business meetings, weddings, lunches or parties. The Foyle Rooms can be subdivided into three separate, equal-sized, soundproofed rooms for smaller meetings/events. There are electronically controlled window shades and blackout blinds.  The space has state of the art audio-visual equipment and dedicated event furniture

The Core Learning Studio

Situated on the first floor adjacent to the main exhibition spaces, The Clore Learning Studio is bright and spacious with tall windows offering a stunning view across the Harbour Arm and the sea. Used primarily for educational events the studio can be hired for private and corporate events and offers an inspiring space for workshops or for evening drinks receptions with a private view. We can include art equipment and talented event planners. Flexible and accessible we can tailor events in the Clore Learning Studio to suit your aims.

The Sunley Gallery

This wide and elegant space is located on the ground floor adjacent to the main reception. Its tall windows are the perfect backdrop for photos overlooking the sea and the space can be used for a wide variety of different events out of normal gallery opening hours. Either as additional space to an event in the Foyle Rooms or for a presentation or reception as part of a private view. The options are limitless.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
