The award winning 24-bedroom Georgian townhouse and cocktail lounge, Seymour’s Parlour, make it the ultimate London party pad. It is possible to hire one side of Seymour’s Parlour, either the Fireplace or the Bar, for a small intimate gathering of Afternoon Tea or Cocktails & Canapes.

For a bigger celebration, take the opportunity to pocket the keys to the house exclusively, whether it be for a wedding, birthday or other special occasion. We hope you will agree on what a unique opportunity it is to hold the keys to Townhouse and all its contents, with sumptuous interiors by Russell Sage, a tailor-made feast created by The Zetter Group Chef and delicious cocktails. The property is yours from 3pm on your arrival day until departure the following day at 11am, everyone is welcome to enjoy food and drinks on arrival and up until 1am.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
