The Arena

The Arena can host large scaled conference and events from 1,500 guest to 15,000. Our VIP areas and concourses are perfectly suited for break-outs, catering and networking spaces. From the BRITs to business meetings, there’s nothing we can’t handle. We’ve hosted the world’s biggest live events and hundreds of small ones too. Moving the stage forward and draping the top tier of seats gives comfort to any size conference and gives them a place to grow year on year.

Indigo

Indigo is fast becoming one of London’s most sought after venues. The venue offers a stylish, adaptable and premier space lending itself perfectly to lavish corporate events. The Up is an exhilarating outdoor climb over our world famous roof. This rooftop experience is a unique and interesting way to take in the magnificent views of the London skyline. The Up at the O2 can be used for team building, product launches, promotions, small-scale performances and even wedding proposals!

Cineworld

Cineworld is no stranger to world-class conferences & events. With 19 auditoriums ranging from 50 up to 850 seats, this versatile venue also has a private event space suitable for seated dinners or cocktail receptions. Cineworld is equipped with a Digital Laser projector which gives unbeatable presentation standards and when enhanced with the digital branding options gives an impressive immersive experience.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
