The NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Birmingham is the busiest exhibition centre in Europe and the 7th largest when it comes to area. It lies to the east of Birmingham city at the heart of the UK’s motorway network with free onsite parking for 16,500 vehicles, and a stones throw from a train station and International Airport.

You and your visitors can socialise around the clock without ever leaving the bustling campus, which has stylish bars, restaurants galore, even a cinema, casino and spa. Plus seven on-site hotels that cover all budgets one of which is attached to the NEC with 790 rooms and suites.

Spread across 611 acres, The NEC has 18 interconnecting exhibition halls, which recently held prestigious events such as the Horst of the Year Show, the Education Show and the Caravan & Camping Show. The NEC is also perfect for large-scale concerts, with artists such as Ed Sheeran, U2, Rihanna and The Script performing in front of thousands.

With 32 versatile conference and meeting suites and the halls to choose from you have complete freedom to shape and size any event exactly the way you want it for up to 10,000+delegates. Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
