INNER TEMPLE HALL

Positioned on the first floor with direct access to the main corridor linking all rooms, Inner Temple Hall is one of the few remaining Georgian-style event halls in the City of London—a rare gem steeped in history and elegance.

Its oak-panelled walls are adorned with heraldic shields and historic paintings, while silvered chandeliers and a charming minstrels’ gallery add a touch of theatrical splendour.
The Inner Temple Hall offers a unique and memorable backdrop for a wide range of events, whether hosting a presentation, banquet, or celebration.

PARLIAMENT CHAMBER

With its fine oak panelling, intricate Grinling Gibbons carving above the fireplace, and rich embroidered curtains, the Parliament Chamber  is ideal for elegant receptions ahead of a sumptuous dinner in the Hall, or as a refined setting for more intimate gatherings.

Connected to the Luncheon Room, the Chamber also serves as a versatile breakout space for daytime events or a welcoming reception room for private dinners. Modern amenities—including comfort cooling, WiFi, and full AV compliance—ensure seamless functionality, while large south-facing windows overlooking the Gardens bathe the room in natural light.

LUNCHEON AND DRAWING ROOMS

The Luncheon Room is a beautiful and airy room that overlooks the lawns of the Temple Gardens.  It is an ideally sized event space for dinner parties, cocktail receptions and catering or break out spaces for any event in the adjoining Parliament Chamber.

The Drawing Room is normally set up with soft furnishings, providing a cosy atmosphere throughout the day. Like the other event spaces, the Drawing Room can be arranged in a variety of styles from a lecture presentation to a dinner or pre-dinner reception

LECTURE THEATRE

Located on the 3rd floor of Inner Temple, the Lecture Theatre provides fully accessible seating and is equipped with adjustable lighting, air conditioning and free wifi, creating the perfect atmosphere for a productive learning experience.

Natural light fills the room during the daytime, creating a relaxing and calming experience as your guests look out over the beautiful Gardens. The adjoining Breakout Space can be exclusively hired with the Lecture Theatre, should you require additional space for networking.

MEETING ROOMS

Located on the 4th floor of The Inner Temple our eight multifunctional meeting rooms include Clevertouch screens, integrated audio with microphones and speakers and cameras for room capture, recording, streaming and training purposes. Should you require one, each room is also equipped with a hearing loop.

Each of our meeting rooms branch into a shared breakout space perfect for refreshments, networking, lunches and evening receptions or whatever your event requires. There is also a viewing balcony which overlooks The Inner Temple’s award-winning gardens and its surrounding areas.

GARDEN

Tucked away in the heart of the City of London, The Inner Temple’s award-winning three-acre garden offers a rare and tranquil escape. Laid to lawn and framed by a rich tapestry of distinctive plants and trees, the garden features a striking border of alternating red and white roses—symbolising the historic War of the Roses. Guests enter through elegant 18th-century wrought iron gates, stepping into a serene setting reserved exclusively for their event.

Available for evening and weekend hire during May, June, and July, the garden includes an indoor wet weather option for peace of mind, or can be paired with our versatile marquee.

More than just a venue, the Inner Temple Marquee is a blank canvas—ready to be transformed to reflect your unique vision. Whether you’re planning an elegant summer soirée, a themed corporate gathering, or a vibrant celebration, the space offers boundless opportunities for creativity and personalisation.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success.
