The Goldsmiths’ Centre is the UK’s leading charity for the professional training of goldsmiths. Located just 3 minutes from Farringdon station, the award-winning building brings together the inspiring architecture of a Victorian London Board School with bright contemporary spaces to hire for events.

The Exhibition Room is our largest entertainment space and ideal for evening receptions, dinners, conferences and product launches. With adaptable lighting, built-in PA system and state-of-the-art projectors, it offers a white canvas for you to express your ideas, network and dine.

The Conference Room

The Conference Room, located on the 4th floor, is our most exclusive space with access to a private rooftop terrace and breath-taking views across the London skyline. This light and airy setting cannot help but impress your colleagues and clients. For breakout meetings or separate buffet catering, it can be also booked in conjunction with the adjoining Board Room.

Atrium

The Goldsmiths’ Centre’s glass-covered Atrium is a grand architectural statement; combining a Victorian Board School with award-winning contemporary architecture. Available for evening hire from 6pm, it is a striking backdrop for your drinks reception, product launch, party or private view, where your guests can exclusively view exhibitions celebrating the goldsmiths’ craft.

Bench

In the day-time Bench is our buzzing café, by the night it becomes a cool, intimate and hireable space. Bench offers plenty of rustic charm as well as its own outdoor terrace. This space is perfect for a relaxed evening of entertainment with friends and colleagues; so pop on the music, enjoy a glass of your favourite and soak up the atmosphere.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
