RHS Garden Wisley is the flagship garden of the Royal Horticultural Society, steeped in history and with one of the largest plant collections in the world. The gardens delight through every season: enjoy swathes of bulbs and blossom in spring, unforgettable mixed borders and roses in summer, autumn’s bountiful colours, and frost-sparkled walks in winter.

Whether you are planning an exhibition or conference, a special party or beautiful wedding reception, our team at RHS Garden Wisley are ready to help. Every event will include garden admission for all attendees and we encourage you to make the most of your time in the gardens.

Hilltop and Atrium

This state of the art building features a spectacular light-filled and airy rooms with views across the Wellbeing garden, one of three glorious gardens available to explore during your time with us. The blank canvas Hilltop is suitable for a range of events including conferencing, awards dinners, charity fundraisers, exhibitions, fashion shows, product launches, weddings and private celebrations. The Atrium with its dramatic glass-vaulted ceilings offers an additional space surrounded by our fascinating Plant Science Exhibitions.

The Glasshouse and Terrace

Home to the RHS’s world-class tender plant collection, our spectacular Glasshouse is perfect for a variety of events, like gala dinners, award ceremonies and weddings. Guests will first be welcomed to the Terrace, which overlooks the picturesque lake and borders then into the Glasshouse surrounded by tropical plants and a waterfall. This breath-taking venue is sure to give the ‘wow factor’ to any event.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
