The Pacific Ballroom

The Pacific Ballroom presents an impressive space for exclusive events, weddings, product launches and conferences. With a private entrance leading directly from the Plaza through the Pavilion, this is London’s first SMART Ballroom featuring state-of-the-art audio visual and lighting technology to enhance all events. The venue can also be split into two separate soundproofed rooms making it perfect for a conference needing a large breakout or exhibition space.

Meeting Place

Meeting Place on the fifth floor consists of 5 adaptable meeting rooms named after coaching inns that once graced Bishopsgate in the mid-1400s. All rooms are flooded with natural daylight through floor to ceiling windows and are equipped with LED screens, video and audio conferencing, black out facilities and access to the floor’s multi-functional breakout area called the Punchbowl. Meeting Place rooms can be booked individually or the floor can be hired exclusively.

Market Square

Market Square on level three consists of 4 meeting rooms named after local London markets within the Market Mile. The central breakout space known as Market Kitchen is well-stocked with snacks and drinks – giving you flexibility and choice to help yourself throughout the day. Glass walls and doors divide the spaces which are flooded with natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms are equipped with 4K LED screens, video and audio conferencing and black out facilities. Market Square rooms can be booked individually or the floor can be hired exclusively.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
