The world-renowned Old Trafford stadium, home of Manchester United, is a totally unique venue. Whether you’re entertaining on a grand scale, or a smaller corporate event, Old Trafford is a conference and gala dinner venue that can be tailored to suit your needs.

Our conference facilities are second-to-none. With suites overlooking the pitch, you’ll be hard pushed to find a more unique venue for your conference. We can offer a theatre style set up, a boardroom style room, a classroom layout, lunch & dinner set up, a drinks reception or a mixture to make sure your delegates feel right at home when attending your event.

We also have a number of spaces with adjoining suites which can be used as syndicate rooms to your conference, the perfect breakout area for a well-earned lunch or refreshments. With fantastic transport links into Manchester City Centre and other destinations, and ample free parking available, the Theatre of Dreams makes for an ideal conference venue.

Manchester Suite

This suite is one of our most frequently used spaces inside the Theatre of Dreams and is perfect for a wide range of event types including conferences, AGMs, exhibitions and dinner dances. Partition walls can be added to the suite providing real flexibility, allowing you to divide the room and run two events alongside each other.

The International

This suite is completely column-free offering the flexibility of space to cater for a host of large corporate events including conferences, exhibitions, AGMS and dinner dances. The International’s location on the ground floor of the Stretford End means it’s easily accessible, and can accommodate larger items such as cars. Additionally, The International has plasma screens throughout.

Trafford Suite

This space boasts a huge stretch of window looking directly into the Theatre of Dreams creating a light and airy atmosphere making it ideal for corporate events including conferences, AGMs and dinners as well as wedding receptions and private parties.

Evolution Suite

With breath-taking panoramic views of the hallowed turf on one side and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Salford Quays and MediaCityUK on the other, this suite is truly one of the most unique and inspirational spaces in the North West. Flexible, spacious and split over two levels the Evolution Suite is ideal for AGMs, conferences, dinner dances, drinks receptions and training events.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
