Set amidst 10 acres of magnificent manicured grounds, Oatlands Park Hotel stands on the original site of the grand royal palace built by Henry VIII. Overlooking Broadwater Lake and with far-reaching views over the Surrey countryside, our Grade II listed hotel has been carefully restored and renovated, making it the perfect setting for business meetings, private celebrations and summer events.

Oatlands Park Hotel is conveniently located just a 20 minute drive from London Heathrow Airport and a 5 minute drive from Weybridge Train station. There’s also plenty of parking in our secure car park too.

Our dedicated in-house events team are on hand to make sure your event is a huge success, from the initial planning stages to the event itself.

The York Suite

The York Suite is our largest self-contained events space, featuring its own private bar, dedicated kitchen and separate private entrance. The room lends itself to any colour scheme for special celebrations and divides into 3 separate spaces allowing great flexibility for business events.

La Terrazza

La Terrazza offers plenty of natural daylight and is the perfect space for bringing the outside in, all year round. The space is ideal for parties, drinks receptions and summer events. An inbuilt BBQ also awaits, ready to fuel your guests with tasty treats.

The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room is full of character and charm. It’s an elegant room with high decorative moulded ceilings, ornate pillars and a magnificent bay window. Recently refurbished during summer 2020, the room features a mural of scenes depicting the River Thames throughout the decades

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is ideal for small meetings or events. Located on the ground floor with original features such as a marble fireplace and backlit bookcases. The room also connects with La Terrazza and The Drawing Room, therefore it can be used as a breakout room or drinks reception space.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
