Welcome to No 11 Cavendish Square the ideal location for conferences, events and weddings just minutes from Oxford Circus. Built in the reign of George III, No.11 Cavendish Square is a Grade II listed townhouse and has over the years been sympathetically extended to cater for larger events.
The venue houses 20 flexible event spaces spread across four floors, including several large lecture theatres, breakout rooms, board rooms, and a light and airy Orangery and courtyard garden ideal for alfresco entertaining.
The Burdett Suite is our largest self-contained space and includes The Orangery, Courtyard, Registration area, Burdett lobby, cloakroom, and organisers’ office, making it the perfect space to host your conference, AGM or corporate dinner. This space can be re-configured in many ways, providing you with the freedom to design your event or meeting the way you want. The quality and high specification of the facilities will make your life, and those of your presenters and audience, easier and more enjoyable on the day. The facilities include the latest technology allowing you to stream the event to any platform or visually record the conference for those who couldn’t make it on the day.
In spring and summer, our delightful courtyard is an ideal place to escape the buzz of the city and relax with clients or colleagues. It is an oasis in the heart of London. Christmas parties at our award-winning venue have acquired a reputation for fabulous theming and indulgent menus. Reception drinks are followed by a seated dinner or bowl food menu created by No.11’s in-house caterers Dish. Following dinner, the DJ will take the party atmosphere up a notch with a selection of contemporary hits for dancing until midnight.

Burdett Suite
This classic, contemporary 280-seat conference space offers a versatile, self-contained venue that can flex from day to night and be dressed up or down.
Conveniently self-contained, the Burdett Suite has its own entrance and registration area, as well as a catering space and courtyard – so your event feels like it’s truly yours.
It’s also kitted out with the very latest in AV equipment, making it ideal for hybrid events, with HD cameras available for capturing the event or live streaming to a global audience

Orangery & Courtyard
This exquisite indoor-outdoor space offers a rare and wonderful event option in central London, notably because it has its very own courtyard.
The Orangery lends itself to a wide variety of possible occasions, from weddings and exhibitions to networking events, product launches and grand celebrations.
Its interior brings much of the outside charms in, with a high ceiling, glass roof and fresh, open feel. Outside, its stylish courtyard is verdant year-round with a beautiful living wall alive with dark green foliage.

Maynard Theatre
The Maynard Theatre is an airy, modern conference space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is fully accessible with 2 lifts and is located on the lower ground floor.
The Maynard Foyer has its own registration area, 2 55″ screens and is perfect for catering, networking and drinks receptions. The foyer can be made completely private by hiring the three additional breakouts on the same floor.
The space is equipped with hybrid technology, a lectern, fixed microphones. LCD projector, screen, and comfort monitor.

Garden Room
The Garden room is located in the Grade II listed Georgian town house part of the venue and overlooks both Cavendish Square and our Courtyard Garden. The rooms original purpose was a traditional library and research resource before being revamped into a stunning space perfect for a board meeting, training or workshops.
The Garden room has 3 different spaces making it the perfect space to host registration, the meeting and lunch or drinks.

The Green House
The Green House is located on the ground floor next to main reception, which exudes style and a sense of occasion. Contemporary in style, it features a beautiful, natural wood and Corian champagne bar along with led lighting to match your company branding, planting throughout and state of the art AV. The Green House captures the essence of the original building whilst complimenting our existing ground floor banqueting and reception spaces.
