Our purpose-built conference venue was open in late 2017 and it is the newest addition to Newbury Racecourse unique collection of event spaces.
With over 225 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, our Newbury outdoor events spaces can accommodate many spectacular exhibitions, festivals, car shows, exciting sporting contests and many other outdoor event functions. At our Outdoor events Newbury we have the use of the whole centre of the course for glamping or hosting a concert.
The Lodge – a 36 bedroom hotel and bar – is nestled at the heart of Newbury Racecourse and courtesy of its location offers a unique experience for those staying and visiting.

The Grandstand
The impressive 3-tiered Grandstand is ideal for any large conference, exhibition or reception. The first and second floors benefit from an external terrace with amazing views of the racecourse. Clients can take advantage of exclusive hire of this gargantuan stand-alone structure. The digital display panel is available to welcome all delegates.
A unique feature is the capabilities to have vehicles on the ground floor via our vehicle access doors, perfect if you are looking for car launches or showcases. In addition to the internal spaces, the outside space opposite the Grandstand can be used for any team building activity in conjunction with any event.

The Berkshire Stand
The Berkshire Stand hosts a variety of exceptional events throughout the year. Perfect for small to medium events, this building has many versatile facilities including over 40 flexible breakout rooms, each with stunning views across the racecourse.

The Hampshire Stand
Maintaining its original heritage, this versatile facility is ideal for conferences, parties and dinners, combining a contemporary setting with outstanding panoramic views. Highlights include, two reception areas on the ground floor creating a unique boutique feeding space that works well for welcoming guests or post event entertainment. Networking areas and bar are located on the first floor, offering a catering space leading to a private lawn on the trackside, amidst the action! On the top floor, there is floor to ceiling windows with blinds for full whiteout and catering areas for post networking.
