With over 800 acres of flexible space and over 10,000 parking spaces, it’s ideal venue for any outdoor event, large or small. Our on-site road system and unique off-road track creates the perfect setting for car launches and test driving.

HALL 1
From conferences and exhibitions to concerts and more, Hall 1 is a completely blank canvas for all your ideas. It boasts 3000m2 of space with a maximum height of 11m. Hall 1 also has a second-floor gallery that can be used as a more removed space or to provide a unique perspective on the event below. Another one of the unique features of Hall 1 is its linkway to Hall 2, adding an additional 4,536m2, and access to our Strollers Foyer, which can be used as a catering area/restaurant. Hall 1 also has potential access to our new Hall 2A. The sealed power floated concrete flooring provides a loading capacity of 35Kn/m2, and the roller shutter doors make this space suitable for heavy vehicles and forklifts. The hall also has its own furnished organisers office with direct access to the hall. This office is equipped with telephone, PA, and lighting control. Each of the two separate entrances has an office with windows for payment/ticket collection.

HALL 2
As our largest event hall, Hall 2 provides over 4,530m2 of fully draped space with ceilings range from 8-10m high, with the max clearance to the lights at 8m. The sealed power floated concrete flooring provides a loading capacity of 35Kn/m2, and the roller shutter doors make this space suitable for heavy vehicles and forklifts. The furnished organisers offices (available by agreement) provide a great headquarters for organisers to run events efficiently and effectively. The hall has direct access to a range of our other spaces, including Strollers Foyer, which can be used as a catering area or reception area; Hall 1, which provides an additional 3000m2 of flexible venue space; Hall 2A, adding an extra 2,400m2; our cloakroom; our security room; and our separate meeting room.

HALL 2a
The newest of our halls is Hall Two A. This space provides 2,400m2 of flexible event space complimented by plenty of natural light. Its direct access to Hall Two allows for seamless integration between the spaces creating a space that’s nearly 7,000m2, and when combined with Hall One and Two, the space grows to nearly 10,000m2!
