Set in the creative heart of Hackney, Motel Studios are the cornerstone of the arts, media and fashion community. Motel hosts private events, product launches, networking events, conferences and live streaming events for discerning brands seeking an enchanting, elegant, urban venue.

Our unique spaces blend Victorian London industrial chic with mid-century style and luxury. The flexibility and interconnected nature of our spaces has made us the venue of choice for leading brands and blue chip corporations. Our 5-metre high arched events rooms are resplendent with 155-year-old brickwork and architectural detailing. With beautiful original mahogany structural staples crossing our spaces, you feel the history of East London surround you.

The 3 interconnected spaces at Motel Studios allow you to design your use in a variety of ways. Hired individually or all 3 to accommodate 430 people standing. With drive in access and a generous loading area to both sides of our spaces. Large themed props and furniture can be easily built, loaded and removed. Our photographic background means we are fluent in technical terminology so your power needs will be well catered for.

From the array of catering companies out there, we have selected those not only whose offerings are delicious, but also they arrive hot and on time. Just some of the delights we can offer are a mouth-watering 3-course dinner, elegant canapés, an Italian sharing feast, a light summer lunch or a hearty working breakfast.

Studio 3

Studio 3 offers an expansive 2700 sq ft area, complete with separate break out areas. This event space has been recently refurbished, offering a tranquil retreat with its newly added mezzanine floor that overlooks the venue below.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
