Luxury Event Abroad

For this luxury event abroad, we were tasked to find the perfect relaxed and warm location for a Caribbean Celebration.  Antigua offered everything our 50th Birthday girl and her guests were looking for.

Guests were transported by limousine from home to the airport’s executive lounge where they enjoyed champagne and canapés while waiting for their flight. On arrival in Antigua, they were met by luxury vehicles for the short journey to their stunning villa by the waterside, with private chef, yacht, speedboat and crew on standby.

Their relaxing week was interspersed by an eco-tour of the island by sea, a Caribbean style picnic on the beach after swimming with rays, sailing over to sunbathe on sister-island Barbuda’s pinkish-white, sandy beaches and an inland tour of Antigua’s incredible history.

For the Birthday party, we took over a cliff-top restaurant where everyone enjoyed authentic Caribbean & Antiguan cuisine and entertainment with fabulous views of the Island. In keeping with the relaxing brief, on the final day, we took the party to a homely shack on the beach.  Guests had to look after the chef’s children while she cooked the best fish ever!

A week later, driven home by limousines, we were delighted to drop off very happy, brown and relaxed people. Job done!

Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
