Love Factory, a brand-new independent multi-purpose venue; have reinvented their industrial Green Quarter location into a forward-thinking space that will house a range of creative and innovative events. A 10-minute walk from Victoria Station will land you in a forgotten part of Manchester’s past, a built-up industrial corner of the city centre that will soon become an integral part of its future.

Headed up by a team of local creatives, Love Factory is more than just another addition to the city’s burgeoning cultural landscape. It’s an investment in local talent and future progression of the city, reflective of the ever-evolving nature of the North West.

The venue is an unrivalled space boasting an unprecedented opportunity for brand activations, events and experiences. A flexible and adaptive 80,000 sq ft site with 4 distinct areas for events. The Scrapyard. Plucked straight from a movie set wasteland; The Scrapyard is nestled beneath some of the north’s busiest railway lines, and significantly expands outdoor capacity. The iconic Watchtower — a mysterious vertical

bunker — looks out across the lot. Once used by factory staff to check deliveries in and out, this will now house opportunities for an elevated DJ booth, VIP entrance or dark kitchen.

Our centrepiece warehouse providing a perfect setting for live music events, exhibitions, art fairs, performing arts, theatre productions and conferences. The former print hall provides a breath-taking industrial canvas with high ceilings and extensive atrium windows perfect for any large-scale event. A mezzanine with private rooms provides further possibilities of use within the space.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
