The Kia Oval has been the home of Surrey County Cricket Club since 1845. Now in its 175th year, we can truly be called one of the best conference venues in London, hosting over 2000 events each year. We pride ourselves on putting the customer at the forefront of any and all functions we undertake.

The England Club

The England Club is the largest purpose-built conference room at the Kia Oval. Doors lead directly onto the Club-Level balcony overlooking the pitch, and a wall of windows ensures natural daylight floods the room.

The Ashes Suite

The Ashes Suite, named after the famous and ancient Cricket series between England and Australia, is located on the first floor. With a wall of windows overlooking the pitch, the room features an abundance of natural daylight

The Jardine Suite

The Jardine Suite is Kia Oval’s ultimate “blank canvas” room. Situated on the ground floor of the JM Finn stand, the room features a large central area flanked by two large wings, and is perfect for exhibitions.

The Duchy Suite

The Duchy Suite will hold up to 650 people reception style with a separate cloakroom area on the same floor. This room also has 6m high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. This room will also have access onto 2 private terraces as well as direct access into the Pavilion for breakout spaces.

The Corinthian Roof Terrace

The Corinthian Roof Terrace, sits right at the top of the JM Finn Stand. This covered area offers spectacular views of the pitch on one side and the impressive London skyline on the other side making it perfect for summer events.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
