Monarch Suite

The Monarch Suite offers complete flexibility for all types of large events. The room can be divided or combined with adjacent suites and facilities, such as the Warwick. This allows Event Planners to arrange a morning seminar, with a lunch and afternoon breakout meetings in the connecting rooms. For product launches, exhibitions, sales, conferences or gala dinners, the suite features its own entrance, which can be branded.

Palace Suite

Located in the centre of the hotel, directly off the main Lobby area, the Palace Suite is ideal for product launches, exhibitions and gala dinners. The suite offers excellent access, opening directly onto the road for speedy loading. Whatever the event, this central area provides a compact flow and flexible set-up. The adjacent Library and Arden Suites can be used for VIP areas, while the back-of-house link to the Kings Suite can be used as a networking zone throughout your event.

Kings Suite

With easy access thanks to its Ground Floor location, the Kings Suite is spacious and flexible, and can be subdivided to create breakout, dining or relaxation areas. The dedicated foyer makes an ideal registration point, while the licence until 2:00am is perfect for events such as shows and weddings.

Pavilion

Located on the Ground Floor next to our Lounge area, the Pavilion is an octagonal room which offers natural daylight and a dedicated registration area. The room has a coloured lighting feature which is perfect for evening events and receptions, and is licensed until Midnight for dinners and events.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
