Highfield Park

Highfield Park is a 17th century elegant country house, in the style of Queen Anne and rich in history. The house sits in 35 acres of beautiful rolling countryside on the Hampshire/ Berkshire border. We are ideally situated between Reading and Basingstoke, easily accessible from the M3, M4 and M25 motorways and London under an hour away by train.

Highfield Park has so much to offer for corporate and private events with 15 flexible function rooms. We also offer exclusive use and ground hire of our parkland for outdoor events. For conferences, meetings, team building, flamboyant parties, weddings and celebrations, our friendly and dedicated staff will work with you to create the perfect event. We don’t believe in a one size fits all, we like to tailor each event to ensure you make the most of your time with us.

There are 11 further function rooms available for smaller events or for use as syndicate rooms.

The largest of our traditional meeting rooms is located on the ground floor, boasting stunning floor to ceiling bay windows with views over our beautiful parkland. This room also features an original fireplace and chandelier in keeping with the original building.

Chamberlain

One of our largest suites located on the ground floor. The room boasts five doors that lead directly onto the back terrace of the house commanding stunning views across Hampshire which are sure to make a lasting impression on your guests.

Rotherwick

One of our largest suites located on the ground floor. A modern and contemporary room with traditional accents added to the décor to compliment the age of the building. This room has the latest AV built in including PA system, dual screens and Apple TV. Natural daylight fills the room from a glass sky lantern.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
