Heart of England is a unique events & conferencing venue in Coventry located near major road and rail networks and nestled discreetly in 160 acres of Warwickshire Countryside in the West Midlands.

We offer bespoke events for both corporate & private clients. These events include Conferences, Product Launches, Award Ceremonies, Catwalk Fashion Shows, Seminars, Exhibitions, Team Building, Corporate Fun days, Weddings, Dinner Dances and Parties, epic Christmas Parties and so much more.

In addition, The Heart of England has an onsite restaurant, 4* accommodation, glamping pods and outdoor facilities for camping plus Quad Trekking, Rebel Track Rallying, 4 x 4 Driving, Segways, Ziesel, Laser Clays, Archery, Air Rifles activities and so much more.

We are accustomed to staging spectacular events, using technology and experiential know-how to keep your audience entertained and captivated. Our versatile function spaces coupled with acres of outdoor park, woodland and lake will suit every occasion.

There are 2 further function spaces available for smaller meetings or syndicate rooms for larger events.

The Birchley Suite

One of the largest multifunctional rooms in the Midlands. This versatile space is pre-rigged with a vast array of audio visual and lighting equipment to ensure your event stands out. Combine with our AV package for instant WOW with minimum fuss. The room can be split into 3 sections, adapting the space to suit the numbers and occasion.

The Chestnut Suite

Situated on the first floor with access from reception and direct access to the Birchley suite and screened balcony overlooking the suite. The room can be divided into 2 smaller areas or used as one larger areas. It also has a small syndicate room of its own.

The Pine Suite

Situated on the ground floor, suitable for small conferences, reception, and dining, training or breakout sessions. The Pine Suite’s position, adjacent to the Quicken Tree restaurant and incorporating direct access to the Willow Suite, offers great versatility.

The Marquee

An opulent marquee with stunning views across the acres of Warwickshire countryside down to the lake. The marquee is the ideal space for networking, seminars, weddings and celebrations. Connected to our conference centre, providing complete covered access.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
