Windmill Room

The Windmill room is the largest our sumptuous 3 drawing rooms. Perfect for meetings, private dining, Christmas parties, weddings and so much more. The Windmill Room can be joined with the Sherwood and Archer Rooms via interconnecting doors.

Roof Terrace

The Roof Terrace on the 4th floor is a large, leafy garden with sweeping views over the London skyline. Watched over by two ancient olive trees and surrounded by apple and pear fruit trees, the garden blooms all year round with seasonal flowers from poppies and lemon verbena to jasmine, creating a wild meadow.

Ham Yard Theatre

Ham Yard Theatre has been designed and equipped to the highest professional standards. The walls are lined with electric blue wool, with striking tangerine orange leather seats and bright fuchsia pink silk curtains framing the stage. As well as an exclusive dress circle balcony, there are two beautifully appointed green rooms complete with mini bar, shower, sofa and desk. The theatre and Dive bar can be hired for private or industry screenings, corporate presentations, press conferences and small theatrical productions

The Croc Bowling Alley

The Croc Bowling Alley is a spectacular private events space which houses an original 1950’s bowling alley, stylish lounge, bar and dance floor. Back-lit bowling balls, vintage bowling shoes and bowling pin lamps sit alongside two large Howard Hodgkin artworks. The silver baby grand piano and South African made sofas give a lounge feel.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
