Previously a Royal Palace, Gosfield Hall in Essex is a striking Georgian mansion overlooking a sparkling lake and set within 10 acres of lawns, gardens and parkland.

Gosfield Hall is only 30 minutes from Stansted and easily accessible from the M11. A meandering driveway through pretty parkland leads you to the imposing front of the house. Through the gateway, guests are welcomed into a tranquil inner courtyard, centered around a fountain filled with ornamental carp

For your wedding day, you will have exclusive use of this elegant & historic house. The culinary expertise of our team of in-house chefs is on hand to create your bespoke menu from canapés to the wedding breakfast.

Our venue is ideal for small or large conferences, in-house or industry award ceremonies, brunch or dinner meetings, private dinners, corporate retreats or fun days, team building activity days, training days, or similar. Our facilities provide everything you need to create your perfect away day

There are 23 luxurious bedroom suites offered to you, exclusively for your wedding night, providing the perfect end to your day at Gosfield Hall. The Rococo Honeymoon Suite needs to be seen to be believed and is certainly a bedroom fit for royalty. If one night is not enough, The Marquis and Yew Tree Cottage are both available to your wedding party, for the night before your wedding, allowing you and 26 of your nearest and dearest to awake revived and refreshed ready for the morning’s preparations and pampering.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
