Award winning Field Place Manor House & Barns in Worthing is the perfect backdrop for any occasion. The Grade II listed Manor House is nestled in eight acres of stunning landscaped grounds featuring its original Georgian façade and is rich in character and heritage, both inside and out.

With gardens, designed by a Chelsea Flower Show gold medalist in 2018, two beautiful, fully licenced, converted barns and an open-air bandstand, Field Place Manor & Barns is a sought after venue for weddings and celebrations.

Offering a choice of rooms throughout the manor house and barns and excellent transport links, Field Place Manor House & Barns also provides the perfect set up for all types of business events.

There are 2 further spaces available for more smaller events or used as syndicate rooms for larger events.

The Barns

Both our barns feature exposed original oak beams, French crystal chandeliers and warm white fairy light canopies.

  • Our Sussex Barn is situated north-south. It boasts a working stage where your entertainment can set up ready for the evening celebrations and double door glass alcoves on each side, making it a light and airy space.
  • Our Pavilion Barn is situated east-west, with a north side of flint and a pan tiled roof. It’s sloping roof provides a covered terrace area overlooking our new Wedding Gardens. It boasts a private rear garden, complete with fire pit.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
