Festival

For the 5^th year running, we had the pleasure of organising and running this Festival. This is a three day event where we build 2 venues, by way of marquees, and a glamping village, by way of tents, loos & showers for 480 guests in a field. In addition, we feed the crowd across the three days with food from around the world.

This year for entertainment, we brought in 2 DJ’s, an 8 Piece Band, photo booth studio, 2 bespoke ice cream vans, massage and nail bar, Pilates, games of rounder’s, an escape room challenge and an open air cinema showing of Grease the movie with popcorn and drinks where everyone was encouraged to sing a long – which they did!

On the final day, we transformed one of the marquees (overnight) into a conference venue fully equipped with audio visual. Our security team kept everyone safe over the entire event even while asleep in their tents. Booked again for next year, The Events Architect team can’t wait!

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
