Event Halls

The Event Halls are a blank canvas environment for bespoke productions, scale events, exhibitions, conferences and association meetings to congresses, product launches and AGMs. The 87,328 sq m column-free space can be divided with floor to ceiling partition walls, creating the exact footprint of space for your event.

ICC Auditorium

ICC Auditorium is the UK’s largest flexible auditorium provides fully adaptable seating configurations. Located within the International Convention Centre, this Auditorium is ideal for large-scale events, conferences and product launches, and includes backstage rooms for special Guests & speakers.

ICC Capital Suite & Hall

The ICC Capital Suite comprises of 17 individual meeting rooms with large lobby areas, ample natural daylight and a private terrace. The walls are moveable creating different event formats and capacities. Hire includes cloakroom facilities and an organiser’s office. Further break out spaces can be provided by the ICC Capital Lounge offering six self-contained executive boardrooms.

The ICC Capital Hall is an adaptable space with scope for impressive exhibitions, poster sessions and large parallel events to banquets, award ceremonies and parties. The ICC Capital hall provides direct access to ICC London Suit and easy access to the ICC Auditorium.

ICC Maritime Suite & Halls

The ICC Maritime Suite is a high-end convention space and modern meeting rooms, designed to accommodate up to 7,000 delegates. With 37 individual rooms, dedicated registration and reception areas, and south-facing terraces, this space can suit a wide variety of events

State-of-the-art ICC Maritime Halls event halls available for exhibitions, bespoke productions and additional banqueting space. Designed to work alongside the ICC Maritime suite or independently; these halls can be seamlessly integrated into the existing venue, for large-scale events.

Platinum Suite

The Platinum Suite, located in the central boulevard, is a self-contained conference centre ideal for meetings, gala dinners, product launches and award ceremonies. The Suite provides a glass fronted entrance and reception area, cloakroom facilities, lounge area, breakout rooms and an organiser’s office.

Located alongside Royal Victoria Dock with a private entrance on the dockedge, CentrEd at ExCeL combines a stimulating and comfortable environment, with the latest tools and technology, to provide a training and meeting facility for your team to question, learn and explore. Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
