The Oaks Hall

The capacious floor space, open dimensions and ground floor location make it well suited for complete takeovers and ambitious event builds, with easy access for production companies and heavy-duty equipment. Oaks Hall is suitable for exhibitions, product launches, large receptions and dinners.

Diomed Room

Combining striking views of the famous course and the London Panorama, the double-aspect Diomed Room with outdoor terrace is a light, spacious room for a gala reception or awards dinner. For larger groups or conferences, the room can be combined with the Lammtarra Room by removing a partition wall.

Gallops Suite

Adjoining the Lammtarra and the Diomed, The Gallops Room can be opened out to create a large open plan events space for large groups or used as a standalone room for smaller occasions.

The Blue Riband Room

The Blue Riband Room in the Queens Stand overlooks the Racecourse and is fully AV integrated to offer a sophisticated conferencing space. Complemented by high ceilings and plenty of natural light, event organisers can be sure they are booking a venue tailored to their needs.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
