Denbies Wine Estate

Denbies Wine Estate, England’s largest vineyard is located in Dorking, Surrey, in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Founded by the White Family in 1984, the first vines were planted on the estate in 1986. With 265 acres currently under vine, it has a production capacity of 1 million bottles.

Denbies Wine Estate offers spaces to hire for events including purpose built conference suites, banqueting facilities and 5 acres of blank canvas space for outdoor events. We are both privately owned and run, allowing us the opportunity and freedom to bring you flexibility, inspiration and confidence to create your ideal event. Our attentive service and stunning setting is perfect for both intimate gatherings and grand events.

Denbies Vineyard Hotel is located in the heart of Denbies Wine Estate with outstanding views across the 265-acre estate and rolling hills. Offering 17 ensuite rooms with a new Vineyard Restaurant and bar area, the hotel has subtle references to its prime location in the Surrey Hills wine country. With both spacious luxury suites and doubles with king-sized beds as standard, guests can experience elegance and comfort in a truly spectacular setting.

The Ranmore Suite

The Ranmore Suite on the ground floor, is a newly renovated meeting room with natural daylight, air-conditioning overlooking the attractive Cloisters Courtyard. Easy direct access to both the Cellars and Garden room. Perfect for smaller meetings, seminars, private lunch and dinner parties.

The Cellars

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
