Situated in the heart of the UK, Coventry Building Society Arena delivers the perfect location for you to host your event.  Our moto – our venue – your home, is how we do business, from the smallest meeting to an exhibition for thousands. That is why our clients return year after year.

Following a £6.3 million investment, our fully refurbished Convention Centre and soon to be opened Pavilion delivers a fully integrated event space of 7500 sqm.

We offer three fantastic music venues, all under one roof. This makes us ideal for the world’s biggest acts, up and coming artists and for all genres of music and entertainment events.

There are over 20 further function spaces available to hire for small to medium events or as syndicate rooms for larger events.

The Arena has hosted the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Rugby League World Cup, World Snooker and Davis Cup Tennis to name but a few. Our stadium bowl has hosted Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen and Robbie Williams to name but a few.

Exhibition Halls 1 & 2

With 6000 sqm of versatile & flexible space, these halls offer any exhibition and large-scale conference the ability to expand in all ways through its versatile and adaptable space. The retractable wall divides the halls into 4,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm, perfect for growing exhibitions. There is easy access to the popular Hall 3 situated in the Commonwealth Convention Centre, which increases available space, by 1,550 sqm. Both Halls offer unloading bays for logistical ease, flexible rigging point locations, built-in waste and power ducts and several organisers offices.

Exhibition Halls 3 – 5

Our Commonwealth Convention Centre Halls 3-5 increase Coventry Building Society Arena’s existing hall space from 6000 sqm to 7500 sqm of space. This is a game-changer within the exhibition industry, enabling existing exhibition organisers to expand and grow their shows. The Halls allow ease of access to Exhibition Halls 1&2. Lifts and connectivity routes greatly improve the customer experience.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
