Caribbean Beach Club

What a delight to be asked to organize a 21st Birthday party for this fabulous family! The birthday girl wanted a relaxed but classy event. After discussions and working with her mood board we came up with a Caribbean Beach Club.

Under a sexy stretch tent, with floor covering the colour of sand, we decorated the space with a drift wood bar, LED lit dance floor and cool white seating areas adorned with tropical cushions, modern tropical floral centrepieces and lanterns. 6ft palms were dotted around and to complete the look, we turned the tent king poles, either side of the dance floor, into palm trees (my favourite bit) !

Cocktails served by flair barmen included: Passion fruit Mojito, Wildberry and Elderflower Collins and a Pom Pomme. The canapé and bowl food menu by the lovely Mrs Sugars included: Chicken Jerk Sliders, Kings Prawns with Dirty Rice and a Spicy Sweet Potato, Guacamole and Plantain Bite.

Entertainment was provided by DJ Dr George and Shot Hosts offering Toffee Vodka shots to really get the party going.

After midnight guests attacked a delicious cheeseboard and carried on partying, in their Caribbean Beach Club, into the wee hours with a silent disco.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
