The BEC Arena is the perfect venue for hosting a variety of events from exhibitions and conferences to product launches, sporting events, markets, live music and company training days.

Our extensive range of exhibition halls and suites combined with perfect location and a cost effective pricing structure to suit all budgets ensures the BEC Arena is a highly attractive venue for event organisers.

Situated Just 2 minutes from Junction 9 on the M60 and the same distance from the Trafford centre the centre is ideally positioned and is easily accessible for visitors traveling locally and nationally. Just three miles from Manchester city centre we also have our own car park with on-site parking

Our 7,850 square metres of exhibition space is the blank canvas which has the flexibility and versatility to be transformed to become the perfect scenario for your event. We also have outdoor space that can be used for film and TV locations, corporate fun days, outdoor exhibitions, family fun days and charity events.

Arena 1. The largest area inside BEC Arena big enough to support any high-end function, from a live music event to a comic convention or boxing exhibitions.

Arena 2. The second-largest area is perfect for smaller live music events or separate convention areas. It is also the perfect spot for a trading area or food court during an exhibition event.

Arena 3. The smallest arena is perfect for separate convention areas, as a trading area or photoshoot set. It is also the perfect spot for a signing area or food court during an exhibition event.

Arena 4. Another smaller arena perfect for separate convention areas, as a small specialist trading area or photoshoot set. It is also the perfect spot for a signing area, or food seating/serving during an exhibition event.

Outside Area. Our outside carpark area is fully licenced and is ideal for a wide range of events from live music to food and drink and also trade and fitness exhibitions. The unique space is a blank canvas and can be transformed to create a clients perfect outdoor event.

Catania Space Bar. Our fantastic replica of the Mos Eisley Space Cantina from Star Wars is unlike any other bar in the UK. A perfect place for private functions, VIP guest meet and greets, cocktail parties, after event parties and more, the Cantina Space Bar also doubles as an amazing Star Wars Escape Room game.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
