Beach Club Party

Tasked to provide a spectacular 50^th Birthday Party in a client’s garden, we came up with a Beach Club Party theme. Using a sexy stretch tent we pretty much covered their whole garden (including the olive tree!) and brought in South Beach style white furniture. With flooring the colour of sand, white led bar, DJ booth and Dance floor, cool white and green cushions, succulents and orchid table centrepieces the garden was transformed into their private beach club.

On arrival guests, dressed for a White Party, were greeted by gorgeous hosts and hostesses in personalised beach club uniforms serving champagne and canapés while the DJ played chill sounds in the background. A stunning female magician circulated surprising everyone with her close up skills.

The Bar served further champagne, fine wines, Mojitos, and G&T’s throughout the evening. In addition guests had fun drinking ice cold vodka from a giant ski slope ice luge. Additional catering served by way of an indulgent Spanish charcuterie then to really get the party started, our shot host and hostess circulated with toffee vodka shots (the clients favourite) encouraging people onto the dance floor.

As a contrast to the main space we created a ‘Sin Bin’ with dark furniture, fire pit and a moody black bar serving draught real ale, fine blended malt whisky and cigars. The evening was a roaring success with guests saying it was the best party they had ever been to and could they book in at the Beach Club for the following weekend!

It is a leap of faith taking on an event organiser and the results speak for themselves with an exceptional evening delivered by hardworking professionals who at every stage, with Victoria’s guidance, were able to deliver an evening never to be forgotten. The Events Architect team were present for the set-up the days before and the clear away post event. The smallest details were attended to meaning that the whole event seamlessly came together over the course of those days. As Victoria promised, we would have nothing to do except relax and enjoy the party; which in the end was exactly what we did! 

Victoria and The Events Architect team were, without a shadow of a doubt, the best investment we could have made for our party.
