Aviator Hotel provides 14 innately stylish and architecturally stunning spaces for any scale of corporate event or private celebration. Boasting panoramic views of the private Farnborough Airport runway, an exclusive event entrance, a selection of versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces with state of the art technology.

Terrace & lawn. With around 2 acres of undulating outdoor space, the terrace and lawn is the ideal spot for marquee-based events and team experiences. Overlooking stunning views of the private Farnborough Airport.

Accommodation. 169 contemporary yet rich and comfortable bedrooms and suites. Interiors include walnut panelling, leather accented furniture and wet rooms with black glass walls, granite vanity tops and chrome finishing. All beds are king size in Aviator Rooms and Aviator Studio hotel rooms, or super king size in the Sky Suites, with crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen and goose down pillows and duvets. Complimentary movies, music library and wifi are included for all guests in every hotel room at Aviator.

Architected as the premier space at Aviator and used exclusively for elaborate events and celebrations, the 300 sqm Sky Lounge and 4th floor atrium combined are Aviator’s largest and most versatile event space. Earhart

Earhart. A multi-purpose and flexible room, Earhart is a functional space with floor to ceiling windows that has the added benefit of being split into two syndicate rooms. Located adjacent to the events lobby, The Aviator‘s Earhart meeting room can be used exclusively to host a large event, coupled with the lobby, which can be used as a breakout area.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary. They challenge themselves to go above and beyond, and they SUCCEED, whilst keeping within the all-important budget!
