30 Euston Square is an award-winning, Grade II* listed venue in the heart of central London. This unique building combines a grand Edwardian façade and original Greek Revival architecture with modern detailing and contemporary features, managed by one of London’s premier hospitality providers, Searcys.

From contemporary meeting spaces and heritage conference rooms through elegant state rooms with an adjoining rooftop terrace and a spacious 300-seat auditorium complemented by an expansive exhibition hall, our venue is equipped to host a wide range of corporate and social events, including private dining, weddings, and special occasions.

Complement your events with one of our 41 x 4 star quality boutique bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with wet room ensuite facilities, including a high pressure shower and exclusive toiletries. Our bedrooms can only be booked in association with events taking place at 30 Euston Square.

Our 300-seat tiered Auditorium space is a central feature of 30 Euston Square. Equipped with a state-of-the-art Sony HDR 4K laser projector (DCI cinema industry-approved), surround sound speakers, show lights and the opportunity to produce video conferencing and streaming.

The Auditorium space is complemented by a 360sqm Exhibition and Networking Space that provides a welcoming registration, refreshment and catering area with a dedicated cloakroom and WC facilities.

State Rooms

The State Rooms situated on the top floor of 30 Euston Square provide a self-contained area; perfect for an exclusive event.  Flooded with natural daylight along with black out capabilities, these two rooms create a sense of occasion. With fully integrated AV, including a variety of screen options and impressive Moooi lighting, they are full of character and provide a multitude of branding opportunities for corporate conferences, seasonal parties, award ceremonies and private celebrations. The State Rooms can be booked with the adjoining roof terrace

The Rooftop Terrace

The Rooftop Terrace is a stunning setting for a summer BBQ, breakout area when combined with the State Rooms or elevating special occasions such as weddings, summer and Christmas parties. Wooden decking, multiple seating options and built-in AV (including a Bose speaker system) create a comfortable and immersive atmosphere, while the partial cover means the British weather won’t spoil the celebrations.

Since 2018, Venues All Areas & The Events Architect have organised our events, each for between 300 and 500 staff. Quite simply, they have all been a phenomenal success. Our Summer Party now runs over three days, involving everything from marquees, refined catering, smart sleeping tents, bands, and a myriad of other activities (even ice cream vans!). Our Christmas Party is traditional black tie, which they somehow also make special and out of the ordinary.
