1 Wimpole Street is one of London’s leading conference, and events venues located close to Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Harley Street and Marylebone Lane. You can hire our rooms for conferences, meetings, training, away days, weddings and private events with flexible spaces for multi-use including seminars, business presentations, product launches, celebrations and seated dinners.

Our in-house event service and delivery teams at 1 Wimpole Street will work with you from initial enquiry, on the day and post-event follow-up.

We offer 3 purpose-built conference auditoriums, each with air-conditioning, wheelchair access, and high-spec sound, imaging, and video equipment, plus our spectacular Atrium and 23 meeting rooms.

The lecture theatres are complimented by a purpose-built registration area in the main foyer, and a variety of exclusive use conference catering and exhibition rooms offering flexible configurations for a standalone exhibition or refreshment breaks, or post-event networking.

Three purpose-built conference auditoriums, each with air-conditioning, wheelchair access, and high-spec sound, imaging, and video equipment for virtual, live stream, hybrid, broadcast and in-person presentation.

The stage areas are spacious and fully customisable and the screens offer multiple displays and branding opportunities. Each come with a dedicated  audio-visual technician and are complimented by a purpose-built registration area in the main foyer.

Max Rayne Atrium

A stunning room flooded with natural daylight from the vaulted glass roof and surrounding walls. This offers an outside-inside feel when the weather can be temperamental and is a beautiful setting both during the day and at night. This versatile room is perfect for drinks receptions, conference dining and exhibitions.

Cavendish Room

An elegant, multi-purpose conference dining, social event and exhibition space for up to 150 people in a range of styles including reception drinks, buffets, banquets, and exhibitions. It is also used as a separate catering area if you’re having a conference in one of the lecture theatres and it is fully wheelchair accessible, located close to the auditoriums on the ground floor.

Meeting Rooms

Each of our 23 meeting rooms feature the latest audio-visual technology so you and your attendees can have the best possible working session. The rooms are suitable for training, interviews, workshops, business meetings, presentations and board meetings whether all the attendees are on-site or some are joining remotely.
